Hi everyone. Since yesterday my game goes black after the load screen. So I can't play at all. I'm on the iPad 2 and level 58 so I ally don't want to start over. Anyone know if the server is down or how to fix this? Restarting the iPad doesn't work. Thanks!

I had this problem for a while. If you open the game and when the black screen appears just wait, maybe go and have a cup of coffee or two or three! 
The game did eventually open for me and after about 3-4 days it went back to normal.
Maybe you will have the same outcome.

That worked! After about 3 minutes the game decided to load. Thank you!

I'm extremely frustrated because my game won't load. I've tried all day but it's stuck on the cover I true with the bubble not moving past a quarter. I've tried closing the game, turning off the iPad, leaving it open on the loading screen for a long time but nothing is working. Help!

Oddly, if I tap the screen when it's stuck on the loading page my manor will respond. I tapped where the living room would be and the window popped up asking me if I wanted to explore. I canceled and the window went away but I was still stuck on the loading page.
