The red Succubus drop the flowers, they require a rolling pin to banish. There are two different ones, but they both drop flowers. Hope this helps and good luck, they are a little tough to find.

I have looked it up. The succubus doesn't show the item on the window before I banish it, I have acquired numerous other flowers expect this one..
