Nobody has posted about new update, so though I would have a go ( sorry if I have stepped on any toes )

What's New in Version 2.2

A new guest has appeared at Mystery Manor's doorstep...and with him, new secrets waiting to be uncovered. Mysterious a Order is in danger! Be on your guard - you will need all your stamina! And remember that some books are a lot mor hazardous than others.
Get ready to meet new phenomena!
More achievements waiting to be unlocked!
Tired of exploring rooms top to bottom in search of items? Defect bosses to win contests!
Solve the most complicated mysteries and gather all the Librarium collections!

3.Stuffed Turkey Explore Kitcken and Laboratory for items,change Delicious Dinner collection.( if you have all the items,just change the collection)

Forgive me if the order is incorrect or I mixed up the rooms, and hope I didn't forget anything. Maybe someone can be more exact, but at least this will give you an idea of what's coming up Laughing

The following are in the correct order and complete:
Collect 20 runestones - just charge a collection
Explore hallway in night mode

Banish 10 obsessed in basement....so save your anti-goth balm and magic crystals (I'm sure the
Dr. is next)

Phenomena

Does anyone know what the new phenomena are? I have had two so far; the lightning and the mirror (which seems to be exactly the same as the UFO?)

I've seen a black cloud and a strange creature in a couple of my friends manors...

A bunch of them started a group on palringo, it's closed and you have to be invited. But it's only a chat group, not a forum like this. I joined for a short time but dropped out.

It took me ages and I spent all the diamonds I had left buying the amulet you need to summon the ball lightning!!!! After this quest and as far as I've got is:

9. Trade with gypsy women to find a wineskin.
10. Explore the bunker.
11. Explore the crypt to find book of necromancy.

Just thought I'd share what I have only discovered now. There are new achievements for exploring brig, island, mystical living room and others. When you explore them once now, it then gives you the awards if you gave already explored them 10, 50 or 100 times. The chests are really good too. Great to see people back posting here.

I'm so pleased people are posting again too.

It may say that I'm a new member but actually I've been visiting the forum for over a year. Lurking in the shadows and not having the bottle to join in. I usually visit two or three times throughout the day when I'm working ( it keeps me going!), I enjoy it so much! The way players share news and information on updates, new quests or what charm combo works best. I couldn't believe that nobody posted that there was an update on Friday....are we scared to post now? Yea GI may be watching...who knows?! I've multi gifted a little, used the odd trick here and there, first time I used infinite energy, I had to sit in a darken room because I got too excited!! But people posted and shared their news. So I came out of the shadows and had a go, hoping other players would do the same.

So before I head back and before I get told off that this post should be in chit chat and not here ( don't want to be labelled a rebel just yet

Chests from the new achievements:
Pirate Brig:Shaman's chest - 10 Golden Elephants, Golden Lucky Clovers, Turtles of Luck and 3 Hearty Dinners
Island: Big chest with tools - 50 Compasses, 25 Golden Bombs and 25 copies of each item helpful for exploring the rooms
Flying saucer: Boss chest-5 units of each weapon against Bosses, unit of medicine, dancing Snatchins and Hotel staff

Haven't completed Saturn, Selene or Mars yet...no fragments, no Snatchin merchant and never lucky to get them with the chest!

Just a hint for those running off to fight bosses to find those books. I started doing that then realised I might be able to get them in the normal rooms they're found in. It worked! Try the fortune telling room and I think it was the library.

Amypoo I have a storm phenomenon in the bedroom at my manor. It's the big black cloud you mention. Don't know what it does.

Selene Room Achievement also awards Boss Chest. Not sure about Saturn or Mars.

I have a reddish brown cloud and a mirror thing, and I have no idea where to find the things to enter those rooms now. Is the only way to buy them?

You do not need to buy anything to explore,only if you want to banish.I have not needed to. The rooms are easy.

Oh wow, now I feel silly. I saw the "you need 23 of these strange things" at the top and assumed it was like zodiac where you can't explore without them. But you're right, I just explored in "storm" mode and it was easy.

After 10 obsessed.

Search bunker to find broken horn (took me 4 searches)
Explore rooms at night to find 1 black diamond (6 night attempts)
Explore the island to find the casket with sand (2 attempts)
Banish obsessed and enslaved doctors to find stone seal and ceremonial sword. (Got sword with one doctor banish, needed weapons to banish obsessed ended up getting stone seal as a gift)
Explore fortune telling room for magical chalk and charge tool for call collection (4 attempts)

Charge the defeated Katherine collection (266) - items drop in any of the rooms (took me 17 searches for all)

Banish the obsessed and enslaved doctors to collect and charge the power and control collection (drop rate for doctors was about 1 in 3 got the other via gift)

Defeat Julian Payne (the boss)
Search the librarium and charge the clothes of warlock collection (17 attempts to get all)

That's all the quests. Enjoy.
