I don't think a phenomenon is necessary. Use a Turtle of Luck and go nuts in the Hallway

I've had the same bad luck trying to find it, have turtle of lucked out now on two different days and still no joy. I've added it to my wish list and am going to patiently wait for a kind friend to do me a solid!!
