When to charge gypsy harness collection?

I have a strategy question, I guess. I just got a quest for the frisky horse and 30 golden horseshoes the other day. I know that I can get those horseshoes by charging the golden saddle and then the artifact. However, I don't think I've had a quest for that saddle, and I'm wondering if I charge it whether I'll have to collect all those items later for another quest. Does anybody know if there's another quest for the gypsy harness collection? Should I just buy the horseshoes? Thanks for the advice

Level 55 and I still haven't had any gypsy quests except for the horseshoes. I ended up charging that collection and then the artifact to get the golden horseshoes...but remember, when you have a quest for collections it normally tells you where to find the item and it's somewhat easy to get....that's what I think about when deciding to charge a collection that I haven't had quests for yet.
