Here's what we'd like to do:
Your elected 15 representatives will provide all questions/comments/concerns (that they have already compiled for the Skype call) directly to us via Facebook message. From there, our team will answer each question and submit them via new post with answers as soon as is humanly possible.
Once we’ve answered your questions, we can move forward to seek solutions to these issues.
We ask that everyone keep in mind that we are a mobile game publisher and that we must continue to update our games to comply with all existing and new standards, and as a result, we need to make changes and updates to our games from time to time. Also, we ask that everyone also keep in mind that good games are all about balance--when one thing changes in a game, that change may affect many other parts of the game in ways that might not be obvious.
We know that the changes to the most recent version of Mystery Manor have affected your game experience and we're deeply sorry for any and all inconvenience. We’re happy to announce that friend codes will be reinstated in the game, but due to platform guidelines that we must adhere to, we can no longer offer gifts of any kind including premium currency and items.
Just as you’ve poured your hearts into playing Mystery Manor, we’ve poured our hearts into building this game. At the end of the day, we’re all here to have fun, so all we ask is a little time, and a little understanding, to fix things up and get back on track.
