all game data lost

i was playing MM on my samsung galaxy tablet when it got restarted. Once i went back on MM it gives me now completely new user. So back to level one with all tutorials and with no name. I was level 57 and there is no way i am starting this game all over again. Any chance my data could be restored somehow? Thanks

I'm not sure how galaxy works, but do you have a backup? Have you tried opening a ticke with GI?

I'm not that smart. Dont even know how to do back up for MM. And i dont even know what GI is and how it works

I'm not sure how the screen is set up on your version of the game. But if you can find a box with the G! In a red circle, click on that. There should be a SUPPORT option on the main screen that pops up. When you select that, there will be a NEW TICKET option on that screen. Open a trouble ticket for your problem.

I also lost my game data after having a problem with the program when I updated my iPad to ios6. I thought that if I deleted the program & reinstall it, everything would just be back to normal. BIG mistake. Fortunately, they responded to my support request and they were able to restore my data. Their response will not be immediate. It may take several days before you hear from them. I was not really expecting to hear back from them but they did and they really helped me out.
