I connected to FB and twitter to receive the map awards. How can I now stop the app from automatically posting updates/tweets?

You have to log into twitter from the internet on a computer (not the mobile twitter ap). Under settings there is an area for permissions..you have to disable the permission for mm to post on your behalf.
In Facebook, it is under apa, you have to change settings for who can see posts from the ap. I just set all mine so that only I can see the posts. Again, has to done from Internet not from mobile ap.
