Question about Magnets...

Hi everyone,

Can someone let me know the benefits of using magnets? I may be missing something here but they do not seem to do anything different for me when I use them while exploring rooms. It was my understanding that you would earn extra energy, coins or experience when you find items in each room (correct me if I'm wrong), but I don't get any additional rewards.

Is there a special way that magnets must be used cause I don't see what's so great about them right now.

I haven't seen any benefit either. That collection is good though, you'll need lots of golden brooms to banish the 300 old gypsy women in the gypsy achievement.

There aren't any actual rewards for using the magnet, but using one does clear the coins and stars from your screen quicker when you are exploring rooms which means they dont obscure the items you are trying to find.

It's just for housekeeping. Cleans up a room faster, to save your finger a few extra taps. Especially useful in night mode, in combination with pointers and flashlights/flares.

Magnets are so plentiful, might as well activate one every time you go exploring!

Oh interesting, today I learned something. I'd expected they increased the count as well and missed the obvious magnetism, only used them two or three times. I have a bunch

I always use a magnet when exploring for the reasons mentioned.
