Has anyone been able to complete this quest for th last piece of the island? I have conjured the will o wisp into the dressing room 14 times with no success.

I didn't have will o wisp in dressing room as one of my quests for island pieces. I found all but one piece - the one in flying saucer room, which I don't have yet. So I bought that one piece.
