My gift page keeps crashing also!

Sorry I posted this on the general question page before I saw this!

Hi, I hope someone can help me. My game keeps crashing on me. Every time I try to get in my gift received page the game closes. Anyone know what this is about? The rest of the game works fine. I can still search the rooms and give gifts but when I open the page to get my gifts it shows the first 2 rows of gifts ( 8 ) and won't scroll down. (I have hundreds of various charging items in there. Green kline vases, sand, etcetera and about 15 precious coconuts.) If I attempt to scroll down it crashes. If I try and select a gift from the 2 rows that are showing it crashes. It was working fine until yesterday afternoon when I shut down my iPad to save on the battery. Does anyone know what will happen if I delete the app and reload from my iTunes account? I just backed up my iPad 2 days ago.

Hi Admin. I tried your advice to Pavitra on my game. It worked for about 5 seconds before closing again. It let me scroll down about 5 rows then closed. I reset my iPad again and this it did not even let me scroll down. I sent a message to sport yesterday and have not heard back from them yet. I hope I get this fixed before the girl animator quest quits. I haven't finished that collection yet.

I have responded in your other thread. I doubt GI Support will be able to offer any help. Regardless of what you try, I would suggest not uninstalling as that can lead to all sort of issues that are unfixable.

2) Game version installed
3) Your device version (iPad or iPad2)
4) iOS version

What do they do with this? Look at all my entries from my game? I am not sure why they need all this! What is a UDID ?
Sorry I am completely programer illiterate.

As far as getting out one gift a time. I tried that and no luck. It closes before I can click the item.

I did manage to fulfill the Girl quest today by using a charm and clicking on rescuers and surfer girls, Got lots of flippers and masks. Funnily enough when you go to charge that collection it does not take your charging items so I managed to get 7 turtles. Doing a happy dance for the time being....

All the information they are requesting from you is actually to help them identify the cause of the bug. With that information, they might be able to fix it for the next update.

None of the information they are asking contains sensitive data, so it is okay to submit it to them if you can.

The information they are requesting for it simply to see what the cause is. They will not be able to fix the issue for you unless they update the game.

Go ahead and send them the information they have requested. Who knows.. maybe they'll be able offer some suggestions.

Post this here as well in case people are following the progress here.

I will wait to upgrade to iOS 5.1 tonight when I go to be. I hear it takes hours. I will let you know tomorrow if this works!!

Hello. It only takes about 15 minutes to update to 5.X (depending on the speed of your internet connection).
