Ninjas Becoming Extinct?

Since this last update, friends that I had marked down who had a ninja, other than Joe the Farmer, at their manor, now no longer have said ninja or in some cases, ninjas. I had 5 friends with Agronomist-San, but now it is only at one.

Does anyone else notice this? Also, does anyone know how one is 'chosen' to have ninjas at their manor?

Now, I'm looking for new friends with ninjas! Found one today!

I have a couple of friends with ninjas. It is rare though aside from Joe the Farmer. And I'm not seeing many drops of anything interesting.

One of my newest friends has an Agronomist San, but I've discovered that a couple of my older friends have ninjas, too; one has Chan the Florist, and another (who finally updated her game!) has a Kun the Vacationer. Oh! And I did find Giri the Gardener at one point but for the life of me can't remember where it was!

Finding Ninjas is a right pain. I have one friend with 2 but that's all.

Other than joe the farmer......I have only one friend with giri. :-(. I have so many weapons to banish them with, too. :-(
