Chan the Florist ninja

Looking for someone who has this ninja on their manor that I can banish so I can proceed with the quest.

I currently have her on mine, but none of my friends can see her; they only see Joe the Farmer. I suspect if I complete the quest on someone else's manor, that she'll become visible to my friends.

I guess, friends who has the same quest as yours are the only ones who will be able to see it. Those who are done with the quest, will no longer see them.
