Need help with stuffed parrot and corset

Hi.. I need help with corset quest and stuufed parrot. Both of them needing me to exore a room with certain phenomena in it. And i waited a long time to have the phenomena, ironicaly it never appears in the right room. So i am asking help here.

Both of that itmes i think is not part of any collection but something like amber comb which i dont know falls to what classification.
I hope i can loan it. But for the stuffed parrot i think the game will take it from me if i complete that quest, so maybe i will ot be able to send it back.
