Under Suspician of cheating

so I haven't been playing much this week .. Last night I log on play a bit and all of a sudden I'm isolated ! Cut off from socializing .. They suspect me of cheating!! It says I have had 3 warnings ( never) for time cheating .. It's absurd .. I haven't changed time zones played with the clock nothing! They are not responding to me as my emails to support are getting nastier and angrier... Anyway I miss my friends ... Any ideas of what else to do? Are they going to permanently ban me for nothing ? I'm am so p&@$ off!!

As one player who was banned because people complained that I helped too many people or whatever they want to call it, I have found that only the threat of a class action lawsuit will get any reaction from them. They have to give proof of the reason for banning you according to my attorney. So, ask for proof or tell them you may retain an attorney as they have a US based office so they can be sued locally. thanks for your reply..it is so sad that it has to come to threatening lawsuits... I just got the form letter response that they are waiting for someone to view blah , blah, blah..,And I'm going to demand they give me proof.. Time cheating is what I think it says when I log into the game .. What would I need that for? I'm a high level player have enough charms, food, ect to play forever and not run out of energy and because not many people play anymore some days I don't even send close to the allotted number of gifts..I'm starting to think GI is picking off the high level players because they have run out of ideas.. They said the game would never end and they are probably like " oh crap ..these high level people are still playing and we are out of things to add.. Lets accuse them of cheating!" That's my guess.. If I didn't invest so much time into this I d just walk away ..But I think of all those wasted hours..GI is on a power trip.. I mean I could understand if there was a prize for winning..like monetary or a new car but there is not! So why the crazy laws and accusations..Is GI made up of a group of Nazis?

That's terrible, I'm so sorry for the problems you're having! What level are you at in the game? I'm currently at 206 and I've seen a couple of higher level friends "disappear" and wonder if this is what happened to them too... It seems ridiculous that you spend so much time, effort and money (if, like me, you buy diamonds) then they can turn around and treat you in this way... It's shocking and shouldn't be allowed but what can you do? Other than go down the lawsuit route which will cost you money and probably not have that much effect on GI because if they get too many people doing that what's to stop them withdrawing the game and shutting up shop?

I am at level 255..Yes a high level devoted player..Who once in a while when I find the stupid leprechaun buys a pittance of diamonds for a boss battle..My new post Should I quit I posted today will tell you what Im dealing with..As for disappearing friends its quite possible they are being interrogated and accused..I wonder if thats why you can pay the 2 diamonds to visit friends WITHOUT going..How many of us are locked in our manors .banned from social contact..Now thats something to think about. So yes I would be worried.. They are a ruthless company that hs absolutely no respect for the players...Who wants to pay 2 diamonds when visiting friends is the highlight of the game???
