Weakened monsters back?

While off on a bit of a banishing spree I noticed one of my friends that had a priestess that was weakened 5/7, also on the ratings board Steffi has a 6/7 priestess and 4/5 adept.
I tried weakening one of my priestesses down to 1/7 but my friends couldnt see it - did I weaken it too much? Or is it a random some you can see and others not?

I've seen a few weakened priests/priestesses as well. I tried weakening a bride of Strigoi, but folks couldn't see it in my yard.

Hi martino, I've added you too, could do with some weakened dark adepts

I'm guessing that the few weakened monsters around were weakened before the update that now stops us leaving weakened monsters on our manors.

I have found a couple, but they are only slightly weakened.

I went to banish bears in a friends yard, saw (and banished) a 2/7 brutal bear today.
