I completed the Van Helsing Quest about 3 months ago. From what I understand I should have been able to earn new diplomas when the Full Moon event recycled. However, I don't seem to be able to do this. I received a notification that the Full Moon event was here for the past two months and monsters do appear in my yard, but I haven't received a 2nd box telling me how to earn the certificates needed for collections 133, 134, and 135. Has this happened to anyone else? I haven't used my Vanquisher of Monsters charm yet. Could this be the reason? Does anyone have any suggestions? I play on an ipad 1.

I havent used a charm. I finished last cycle and this cycle it restarted. You mayneed to contact GI

Thanks for your quick response. I was hoping I was just missing something so I could avoid posting a ticket. I haven't had much luck with past ticket requests. :-)
