    Replacement Kindle Empty Replacement Kindle

    My Kindle quit charging and I received a replacement.  New one is working great except that I lost all of my game progress!  Has anybody else dealt with this issue?  I have emailed CS but after reading other forums restoration seems unlikely.
    Level 103 with 275 friends...*Sigh*
