I assume you are talking about the black witch's dress and broom.
The dress is in the Fortune Teller's room.
The broom is only attainable from a low level quest. Once you complete that quest, you cannot get the broom anymore.
You might be able to trade some low level players for them (that's what I did).

Thanks Rainkid. I was asking about the white wizards shirt. I can't find it anywhere. Also thanks for the info on the broom. I would never have been able to figure that one out.

Fortune teller room has always yielded witch and wizard items. One thing to do is before entering the room scroll through the items listed that you can find. Some items only appear during certain modes.
