I searched all over for a way to get the vacuum cleaners without paying diamonds for them and found nothing. They don't drop from any rooms or any other roamers. I broke down and paid it once, but I didn't get a flower thing out of it. The flowers drop pretty reliably from the selene room and mars, but I did have to pay the snatchin merchant to keep exploring them. They still haven't fixed the bug, vacuums don't drop

They starts dropping now finally. Looks like you need to persist, drop rate is similar to chargers for mystical living room.
