Thief's Room in the Basement

5 New Collections that appear at the top of the collection list now. This will change the collection numbers of all other collections below them, so be aware when doing collections by numbers because they will not match up anymore.

Once you open the room, you get the following Quests

The Stolen Hour
Find Gold Lighter (Thief room in Detective Mode) and Expensive Cigar Case (Thief room in Novice Mode)

Green Patrol

Trade with 10 Snatchin Detectives

Rage against the Dying of Light
Banish Ball of Lightning Phenom from Garage to find Vincent's Lantern. Explore Cuddy in Night Mode 3 times.

Hands Up!
Explore Basement rooms in Words Mode to find the Wanted Poster.

One Diamond Pendent
Banish Desperate Parrots to find Victoria's Pendents. Can also be obtained exploring the Thief room.

Alexander's Portrait
Explore Basement Rooms in Silhouette Mode to find Alexander's Portrait.

That's as far as I got for now....

Note: Currently, when battling Bosses only, you can buy the weapons with coins instead of diamonds. It still says diamonds but when you buy the weapons it actually takes the same amount in coins away instead of the diamonds. Not sure how long that will be, so take advantage of it.

Did they turn off boss fights because oh the weapons glitch? I used keys to fight but keep getting weird messages whenever I try to fight a boss,

Yes, Boss fights are currently disabled. Please do not start one as you may lose the keys you gave to start it. The weapons glitch I am sure had a different result than what GI intended. The wanted to make fighting Bosses easier by allowing you to buy weapons with coins in place of diamonds. This was nice, however, many stockpiled weapons in the thousands and this was not what GI had intended. So after 2 days, they turned off boss fighting.
