Yes, you will. All the items listed in the room are attainable.
Some/most of the items are at a VERY low chance (1-5% would be my guess). Use a helper that gives you an increase in drop chance and a Clover of Luck or Turtle of Luck.
Everything takes time, but as you progress in the game, you'll find that you have too many of every item.
