Ive tried the hallway in silhouettes about 30 times plus used the turtle of luck but am getting nowhere. Any suggestions. Thanks

When in doubt, trade for it. I also couldn't get it from Hallway.

Definitely exists, but you get it from beach totes rather than from searching. I've found a few (maybe 3?) that way.
