"Not Valid" Codes

Just now I tried ~ 20 codes and all where listed as "Invalid". Am I doing something wrong or was this just bad luck?

Message stated wrong redeem code rather than invalid.

Where were you entering the code?

I'm entering from my pc with the syneszizer open. Is that the right process?

You should be hearing or seeing the code on your pc, but entering the code on your iPad. Under the services tab, enter your friend code under the "invite friends" section.

I usually set the iPad on my lap, while the pc says the codes in the background.

That's what I've been doing....and still receiving the same message. Anything else I could be doing wrong? Has anyone else had the same experience?

I've had a few wrong codes but never 20. Are you putting spaces in? Double check to make sure you are entering codes in invite friends tab and not gift code tab.

Sorry I tagged a code as invalid by mistake. I was just so excited about all the diamonds I got clicker happy!!

It's okay. Only codes that are tagged multiple times are reviewed for removal.

I've had the same experience, when I was trying to get Admin as a friend. I suspect that it was the Internet connection, overall things weren't transmitting properly.

Tried again today and everything worked great - maybe it was the thunderstorms we had last night. Thanks everyone for your suggestions!

I am trying to add a friends code. The last few days it says that this code has been used 3 times try again later. Or something similar. Now today when I went to enter it I get the message You have already used this code. Code reuse is impossible. I have never had this person as a friend before! What could cause this to happen?

p.s. my internet is working fine!

Yeah, GI has an odd system wherein it first checks whether you're one of the first 3 to use the code that day. And then, when it confirms that you are indeed one of the first 3 for that day, that's the only time it checks whether you've used the code before or not.

So if you got that message, you've already used the code sometime ago, on another day, and probably deleted the player from your pending list (or the player deleted you).

MY BAD: just realized I was entering the code in the wrong box. the gift code box rather than the invite friend box. jet lag, sorry!

I just did a quick run and got 100 diamonds with no issues.

Synthesizer is awesome tool. Previously, I was depending on MM's automated maximum 10 friends a day. Thank you, you are genius. Is there anywhere I can post some questions about MM game play?

I might have put this in the wrong thread, sorry if it's in the wrong place. Need help please!
I have just started the game and only have a few rooms unlocked. I have used some codes successfully, then found your FCS. Many of the codes I enter say "wrong referral code". Not that they have already been used, but that they are wrong. I used the Synthesizer for quite some time and they all said this. Am I doing something wrong? I am putting them in the correct place- invitation from a friend.

Are you entering the zeros as letter O's?

Keep in mind that there are no letter O's in any of the codes. Every 0 you see is a zero.

Yes, plus it reads them out loud so I believe I am entering them correctly. They also capitalize the letters so you can tell there are no o's, just 0's. I haven't been able to get any of them to work! They all say wrong referral code. I am going to go thru again and see if I can get any to work. I haven't gotten one since I started using the synthesizer.

I am unable to retrieve codes as well.

I also have never had any of the codes work for me while using the Synthesizer. They all come back saying "Wrong Referral Code". I am putting the codes in the box on the invite friends place in services. I have tried a few codes I found on the facebook page but they come back that they've already been used 3 times.

Has anyone found a solution to the "wrong referral code" problem?

I have the synthesizer up on my laptop and am playing the game and entering the codes on my tablet.

Any help would be awesome!

UPDATE - The Synthesizer does not show codes that are compatible with android or facebook accounts

In reading through the posts I am having a similar issue to others in that I constantly get the Wrong Code Redeemed message. I am entering at the Invite Friends area, yet have also had this message appear when trying to enter weekend gift codes in the Gift Code area. My internet connection has no issue, I can surf anywhere in the house and watch TV over the internet on Roku without issue. Any ideas on what else I could try to get more friends?
