HomeIn the quest it says you can get those items from the robots. Can anybody hint which of the robots has the highest drop rate? So far I just lost energy and lube oil... Also, is it correct that these items cannot be gifted?

Honestly, this is one of the few quests where I just bought the items. I found it a pain to collect them and it was easier, frankly, to enter friend codes to get the 45 diamonds or so to finish the quest. I believe that a few did drop in rooms when running the turtle of fortune though, before I gave up on it.
