I think they will appear soon. I have done all quests and don't know what to do. Hope for new update soon

when I logged on today, there was a beach dude! what a surprise! I tapped just out of habit, no charm or anything, and got a diver's mask ! every other one i've had to buy for 12 diamonds

It seems they re-appear randomly. I got a rescuer in a low lvl friend's manor and another one at a very high level. Just a matter of luck, I guess..
