Banishing Snatchins

Hi
Ive just got the Wide Belt quest and it says all i have to do is banish any snatchins. I only have one Bookworm snatchin left in my manor and everytime i banish him he comes straight back! How do i get rid of him for good? And will this complete the quest??

Actually i think ive just answered my own question - presumably eventually the snatchin might give me the belt? Will banishing a snatchin from someone else's manor help?

Not all roamers disappear forever. Banishing them gives you items, coins and experience. You'll never get a roamer free manor. I banish them whenever I visit a friend. It helps me level.
