Probably good as needing 200 would be painfully slow if only higher level players could gift them.

I just asked all my friends for one. This is the only time I can think where having 500 friends is helpful...

500 friends scares me. There are some new people who show up and drop by. I'm trying to run the most social manor, so I'm making friends and those are the ones I want to keep around. There aren't that many people out of closing in on 300 that want to stop by and chat. I guess I need to conquer that at some point and whittle back.
Anyone have a spreadsheet they want to share? I'm going to start my own just to keep track when I pare back.

You can gift them without reducing your own inventory so GIFT AWAY while we still can!

I just can't figure out how to request flaming skulls. I know it's possible because I'm getting requests from friends but can't figure it out for me

To request the skulls,
1. go to your collection list
2. Scroll down to one of the collections that requires the skull charger--probably the one that requires 200 is best.
3. Click on the flaming skull icon. It probably has a redbox around it.
4. Tap on"ask a friend" button in the pop-up screen and select a friend(s) to ask for it. Then keep asking friends.
Remember you can only ask a friend for a gift once every 24 hours. However, you can ask them to open both a 4th of July chest and a regular gift every day.
