New to forum; need help with Anthems

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the forum; been playing the game for about 4 weeks, lvl 36 as of this am. I'm having a hard time getting friends over 99 who can give me the American Anthem, I've got all the items for the collections but cannot charge them because I only have one friend who is over 99. Can anyone help? I play every day and visit and gift every day, I just need more lvl 99+ friends!
