Why some people have got a quest to complete something like map bit or so, where as on my screen other than emerald quest have no other quest. So how do I enter into new quest. Please help.

I think that after the emerald quest, you will have some quests for the ocean room. Then you need to assemble the pirate room and only after that should you receive the quest for this new room. You just need to get a little further in the game.
