This is a great place to list weakened monsters....search for a thread with a similar headline as this one so others can find your weakened monsters! Many similar threads were created with the last full moon quest. 
I'm hoping to find a few weakened one's myself.
Just a reminder for those who are new to the site:

Basically, if you banish your own roamers they are likely to disappear and not return. Go to a friend's manor and banish their roamers, especially if they have two or more. They should reappear for everyone to use.
If you have coveted roamers in your manor let your friends know. Then they will visit (and hopefully gift you, too!).
Please let MMUFF users know if you discover that this no longer holds true with the update. Use the thread above to post those comments, so we can keep it all together.

My monster events popped up, but my monster roamers didn't come back, probably because I had already completed the quests last time?
I had to banish several of my snatchins and gypsies just now, in order to see monsters in my manor again... however, they're full strength. I'll need to weaken them down again so they can be useful to my friends.

I've got 2 headless horsemen, a phantom guard, dreadful maniac, and demon on mine; but there aren't any of the ones that have levels to weaken. Idk but I can't get anymore to appear bc the snatching for the tiramisu quest will not disappear no matter how many times I banish them (although it has helped me level up and if anyone needs tiramisu I have plenty.... I feel like a fat kid with too much cake), anyway just in case anyone needs any of these.
