I have one which will remain un-slain.
Got a few other monsters too and a 1/5 weakened Dark Adept.

I'm having the same problem. It usually comes back but not today after the upgrade.
I hope this doesn't last as I'm sure it's a bug as opposed to something deliberate by GI.
