Mystery Manor 1.5 update!

The march update is now available at the AppStore!

Thank you for posting! Love the new organized listing of my inventory and the store. A lot more things to get with the diamonds we garner from the synthesizer, too. But have they fixed the bugs???

New issue:

Slow friend list loading - Here's my thought. It appears as if this is happening for people with large friend lists. In the previous version, the 'Reputation' level was incorrectly shown for friends sometimes (it would show your level instead of your friends' level). I think they fixed this bug, but the game probably queries the game server for the correct friend data, thus, slowing down the friend list.

Tolerable.

No longer works outside of rooms.

Upgraded to v1.5 too. Yes, I think the friends list loads quite slowly as well. Perhaps they enhanced the coding a bit to avoid disconnection issue, just a wild guess. The app will still crash unexpectedly on prolonged use, but since some time ago I've been avoiding this by regularly going back to app list, closing the MM app and relaunching it again.

I find it still very clumsy to browse that long list of friends. The good thing is the organization of the inventory, which is much closer to the Facebook version now. Seems that there is still a long way for the iPad version to catch up with it. Is it pretty difficult for them to migrate the features from Flash to Xcode?

BTW, the rewards of the Safari Hero collection is amended. (It is the same as the African Diamond before, but possibly that is a mistake while a lot of players complaint about that.) I charged it and it looks ok according to the new description. Will test the unlocking of the laboratory soon (just need a few more Air Con to go).

Mine has been crashing a lot. I think they fixed the "not friends" friend issue because I lost the helpers that were not actually friends. Mystery gifts are still coming up empty but much less that before. I got about %90 instead of the %50 i was getting before.

I have around 600 friends and eventhough I managed to visit friends with 300 less friends some with higher number I could not visit regardless of several tries. This is frustrating as I have all my helpers remain a sleep and no more flagged hints in my manor :silent :
On the good said what's new while visiting friends you may get " secret container" used to open room 51. I got them twice. I believe this is the only good way to have those without having to spend diamonds!
Also you still may get batteries or runestones but not all the time.

Also ninja girl rewards golden seeds not sure if this is new as I only got them from the ninja boy where I mostly runout of that tool used to punish him with.

Finally they mention that you should have clover fairies fly around the manor which you need to trade with them to complete the magic green clover quest I looked for those even at friends manors non appeared. Have any one managed to see them?

Same for the shoe market snatches for old shoes trading! Anyone seen them yet?? I have not so far???

I saw one fairy but you have to have golden seeds and spend energy to banish. My collections list won't work so I can't even see what the new collection is! Grrrrrrr

That sucks. Two friends of mine are also experiencing crashes with the new update. I crashed once. A lot of people are complaining about the new update.

Better quality assurance is needed.

I got the quest but never saw a fairy in any of my friends manors...where can we get the fairies?

I used diamonds to get that quest completed without ever finding a fairy.
The rest of the quests, I completed normally.

Gifting friends who requested to your wall does not add to your 50 free gift allotment. You can send as many gifts as you like to friends who request to your wall.

What was the last quest you completed? I just finished the dressing room and night and I think I got an english breakfast from that. I guess that's something....

Do you mean an English Breakfast? (Or a Hearty Dinner?)

I have 7 English Breakfast in my inventory. I am not sure if any came from the St. Patrick's Day quests. I do not have any Hearty Dinners.

The Dressing Room at Night and 10K Gold Coins is the last quest I completed.

I had no problems yesterday after the update, but when I woke up this morning it was crashing like crazy. I rebooted my iPad and that seemed to help...for now :/

I don't know how well this really helps, but one thing I do is constantly close out all the apps on my iPad completely whenever I'm done playing for a while by double clicking the home button. I've also gotten into the habit of shutting down my iPad when I leave the house for whatever reason. Don't know if thats the cause but I've had significantly less problems with loading and crashing then what other people report.

No Internet connection notification
Reputation number not increasing. (51 with 4230/4160)

Next update supposedly coming as early as next week.

Let's hope it fixes all the new bugs.

The Facebook Wall page for Mystery Manor went from all friend codes to all complaints. Rightfully so - Mystery Manor is a good game, but players feel cheated and neglected.

I thought 51 was the highest rep went?

There are new tabs in the Inventory box and I've only found 1 fairy out of more then a 100 friends manors plus mine. She wanted seeds and energy, other buying them where or how do you get seeds?

Visiting friends gives a few.
It's cheaper to just spend the 55 diamonds to finish that portion of the quest than buying the seeds.

The end reward is an English Breakfast, which only costs 24 diamonds. It is not worth spending the 80 diamonds to complete the quest quickly.

Huh...I could have sworn I saw people with higher reputations...now I'll be on the lookout...

No 51 is the highest rep u can get at this time- I emailed support about it awhile ago

Just saw on Facebook that after updating horse shoes, gifts and charms are missing! But I'm now getting error message on wall that I can't gift or visit friends until I update. Took a screen shot of my charms just in case. I guess I will have to install and take my chances.
