Crashing on coll 82

I am on new version out today 8/25/2012, supposed to be technical fix. Every single time I go to collection #82 and try to bring up the window to request items to charge collection the game crashes! I have tried hard reset and everything else I can think of. Anyone else have the same issue on this particular collection?

I have iPad 1 and this happens to me, too (hard reset doesn't work for me, either). There is a way around it. Click on one of the Olympic snatchins (i.e. diver or sportsman) wandering around your manor. In the popup window, click on one of the Findable Items, then in the next window, click on "To Collections". This will drop you into your collections at the Olympic ones, which are just after the Island ones. You should be able to request without crashing. After the Olympic event is over, am not sure what the fix would be, though.

I'm out of flares, on iPad one, and cannot get the African masks to charge without crashing. Nothing is helping.

Hey do you remember the days when Africa wouldn't charge or give rewards, I often wonder what the leader boards would look like if that one had never been fixed!

Misy, thanks for your tip, using it all the time. Also read about someone who goes to a room, selects the collection item that can drop in that room, and heads straight to collections that way. I haven't tried that one, but hopefully that also works, because the olympians won't be there much longer.

I have iPad 1 too and cannot charge African collection to get flares and golden elephants. If anyone knows a trick please let us know! Thx! :-)
