It appears that GI has taken away the ability to weaken monsters so that our friends can banish them quickly.
So far, no one on the site has posted that they have found a weakened monster of any sort! In fact, there are several people who have weakened theirs for this purpose, but when friends visit they are still full strength! http://www.mmuff.com/t946-no-more-weakened-monsters
