    I'm working with our community team to prepare something that will hopefully offer some solutions to the problem or at least a more informed explanation for the fans. I've just been brought into the loop on all of this and spent the better part of yesterday (5am-6pm) backtracking posts and trying to figure out what happened and how we can make it better. Unfortunately, due to the 11 hour time difference between our SF and Moscow offices, it's taken a bit longer than we hoped to figure it out. I'm about to get on a call with HQ and hopefully we can have some news up within the next few hours.

    Thanks again for keeping in touch and keeping me up to date

    Funny how they "know all, see all" but poor Johnny needs some time to catch up??? prolly just waiting till we all calm down a bit...it's hard to receive a message when your ears have been plugged with misinformation and your mind is blocked with frustrations and aggravations..

    I agree it looks very unprofessional to admit to knowing nothing about since it has been going on for days. If he is the public relations director I question how well he is doing his job since we had already accomplished a major ratings drop days ago. I guess the person running the Facebook is not communicating with the rest of the company and also the people receiving support letters. I find it hard to imagine he was just now hearing about this.

    In his defense, it sounds like HQ in Russia was (VERY POORLY) managing this issue when it broke. And someone, maybe John, has clearly been pushing press for Airport City. He seems to have been pretty conscientious in terms of getting back to Brooke so far. Am I crazy to think that maybe we will see some movement now - maybe Lily and her gang of gastapos over in Russia were the problem and now we might actually see some progress?

    One can only hope......
