Golden Chest of Scientist did not provide all advertised items

I purchased the new Golden Chest of the Scientist, which advertised 150 oil cans and 15 collection items from a few rooms for 75 diamonds. When the items dropped, I counted them on my screen as well as in the flashing banner at the top that shows the collections the new items belong. I received the 150 oil cans, but only 5 of the advertised 15 collection items.

I submitted a ticket and will let you know if I get a resolution. (That was a big deal for me to spend so many diamonds at once!) Wanted to let you all know so you make certain to count when making a purchase.

Thanks Stig. It looks like three wooden chests of the scientist should give one the same number of oil cans and items as one golden chest of the scientist so that is probably the way to go until this is fixed (also will count for three rather than one chest towards your chest achievement)

Here's my reply from GI. I looked through my gifts and I saw one that I didn't remember flashing on the screen. Wish I would have bought three wooden chests instead so I wouldn't have any question.

But anyways, please note they've changed the way items appear on the screen when they drop.

The matter is that after the lastest update the items you receive do not drop on the map all together and only the last 5-6 of them show up on the map. However, the rest of the presents you receive go directly to the Inventory and do not just disappear. Please check the relevant tabs of your Inventory and relevant Collections to find the items.
