Hunting Room and Japanese Garden

I've already entered the Hunting Room once and now it's asking for bullets again. I also just opened up the Japanese Garden and it wants seeds. Do both of these rooms keep this entry requirement ? Takes a long time to find bullets and I don't feel like buying them every time.

The Hunting room and Garden only require keys for the first week. Don't bother buying them. It is a waste of diamonds......that you are going to need!!
