All helpers are gone!!!

Well all of my helpers just vanished!!! I would say I am shocked, but nothing about this game surprises me anymore!!!

Same here. Right before my very eyes they all disappeared along with my tips. Some time later one of the original helpers appeared with the yellow "rescue me" exclamation mark. Later a second fellow appeared - this one is a friend but was never a helper prior. Assume this will be the process......still no tips. - bummer because I no doubt had them stacked in many rooms.

I have a new helper that showed up, but like you not an original helper. Also cannot access friends, my wall or any other part of the game that requires Internet. Must have blown the server good this time!!

Hi. I had no friends earlier. My friends are back but my helpers have all gone. Had no gifts for 4 days now and the no Internet message has just come back and I have not been able to access my wall for 2 hours. What are they doing now. Think they just want us to give up the game.

Now all my friends have gone again.

Original helpers vanished, rescued a few new ones, now they vanished!! Good times!!

Beyind missing helpers -

I had a large number of pending gifts - stockpiling Brownies - they are gone forever I fear. After getting Internet error MSG yada yada endlessly - I opened igts to find two bows - all my brownies and beds missing - I think they are gone for good.

My helpers and tips dissappeared before my eyes too. One new helper had to be rescued, but none of my "first" friends.
I found that now the order of friends has changed, when asking for chargers. They are no longer sorted in the order, I've added friends.

Same here - all my helpers are gone, lost all my gifts, had no friends most of the day and now they along with internet connection come and go and they are in a different order than before. The last week I've been getting the 'no internet connection' message almost all the time in fact.

Looking on the facebook page it looks like everyone is having this problem.

Same here, my manor looks really weird with no one in it !!

All my helpers and gifts gone. I can access my friends and can visit. Friend that I visit did not have any helpers either.

After reading these post, I was very worried... Saving up bullets for crypt quests

Checking my game, all my helpers, friends n gifts are still there

I did face a lot of No Server issues thus I was not able to check wall, gifts and visit when it happen. Intermittent, but frequent. And game crashes often

You are very lucky not to have lost your helpers or gifts, lost two sets of helpers! Have a lot of friends that have lost their helpers also, at least I can leave them tips!

If anyone comes across someone that has lost their helpers, think about leaving a tip, they don't have a way to pick up the extra help they would get from helpers!!!

Thats a great suggestion!

I cant get in anywhere today on MM that requires an internet connection. I am so ready to delete this game. It is way too frustrating. That unfortunately is probably GI's plan.

that is nice of you and a good idea!
I lost my helpers too, but got a new one. Like you all i had many no server responses and slow connection. I think that GI is updating the game (maybe X-mas events) and work on the system, so i rely on a soon repair. Have a nice day and enjoy!

Just found this forum....I lost all my helpers and friends too!!! Really annoying when I had charged collection items to renew energy and experience faster

its unfortunate to hear about you losing helpers, or that the friends order is changed... please take a minute to take a poll in chit chat on what level are you at.

I'm curious to find out if GI is targetting high level people as part of their skewed game balance

Last night all my helpers vanished too... This morning I've rescued two, one is an original one but the other is not. Have been getting the no Internet message and no server response message for several days, making it impossible to view my wall, friends or gifts. Sometimes it seems to work ok for a few minutes then goes off again!

I am level 182 so pretty high, wonder if they are targeting higher level players? I'm pretty p*ssed off if that's the case because I've spent good money buying diamonds for this damn game!!!

I also lost all my helpers and gifts, friends list is competely re arranged and freezes all the time.
New helper is locked in 2 rooms (same helper) ?!?
I can visit friends via my wall but most of the time the
reply button is missing, so I can only visit them, can't leave gifts or tips and can't write on their wall.
Very frustrating !

I was getting & still am getting the "no connection" message!!!!
Contacted GI, still awaiting a response 72 hrs later!!!!
Earlier post mentioned it may be targeting higher ranked players, I'm inclined to agree, I'm level 186, & other friends having the same issue are all around that level too.

This game seems to be going from bad to worse

I cannot believe this!!! After losing my helpers I just logged into the game and now all my friends are gone too - all 299 of them!!!!! This is beyond a joke

Phew!! They came back after about 10 minutes... I have some really good ones and was scared I'd lost them forever!

Still no helpers though... I am hearing that this is happening to lots of people.... let's hope it gets fixed soon.....
