Neptune Quest

How long does it take to find the Neptune? I've had the Neptune quest and only the Neptune quest for over a month. It is really starting to get frustrating.

Some people have completed Neptune in a day.

I have had Neptune quest since March 25th (I posted when I completed the Corset quest), and still have yet to get Neptune. I have had two phenomenon in the Bathroom - UFO, and Idol, neither one of which gave me Neptune.

So then I guess no new quest for me until I finish the Neptune quest. I played yesterday for 4 hrs straight with turtle, magnet and golden elephant. Leveled up 3 times and got about 5 phenomenons in the bathroom but no Neptune.

Ok after 10 failed phenoms in the bathroom, I think the quest is bugged!!!

I'm wondering the same. I've had about 5 or so phenomena in the bathroom the past few days, but no Neptune.

If anyone is running version 1.7 and have completed Neptune quest, please let us know.

I just sent in a message to their support team. Hopefully they can answer why finishing this quest is taking so long.

Neptune support update

1st response from support offered no help, they ignore my issue and told me to keep playing 0_o

I have a friend who just found the Emerald today, and yes she's on the update. I don't know about the Neptune though.

All the collection items in the game will appear, but there is a certain amount of luck involved. Some items are harder to come by than others, but using the appropriate charms and helpers will make them appear sooner. Anyway, I shall transfer your request to our specialists for review.

Has anybody of the unlucky crowd been successful in the meantime? I can only join the mourning - tried at least ten times, with the faithful heart + helper + turtle + tip and I am getting desperate now!

Nope. Not yet.

Well finally after over a month of the Neptune quest, it dropped today after 3 hrs of straight playing using turtle and golden clover.

Good to know it isn't bugged. I can only hope I'll get it before my 2 month mark in 5 days.

I have been on Neptune for three weeks and have only gotten the mist in the bedroom TWICE. UGH. It's painful.

Still haven't gotten the Neptune quest finished! Iv now gotten 26 phenoms in bathroom ( 8 times being mist ). I'm never gonna find it!

Edit: 28 times. Both times, mist, running turtle cornucopia golden clover and helper!!!!!!

Edit: 35 phenoms since last monday (11 mist). Still have Neptune quest!

Uh...how do you get mist in the bathroom that often? Though really, it's sucking harder for you than me.

I turn all my rooms to night. Then all to day. Then try to get them all to silhouette. I get lots of phenom, just not mist in the bathroom.

Am now in the Neptune club, but my total currently stands at 1 day so I'm not feeling the pain yet........

Hi everybody! Here is a little trick with phenomenons: when you get right phen in right place, search for quest item and if you didn't find it simple press home button when popup window with item appear, then 2 times more home button and delete app process by tap and hold mystery manor app. Launch the game and you will see that phenomenon doesn't disappear and you can search the room again (and again and again) And all items you find doesn't disappear too

I just checked this technique on a UFO in the living room. It works! Phenom returns after restarting MM.

Yes, stop the app, not delete (said badly ). After 14-15 search I have decided to visit the telling room at first & then bathroom. Maybe it a coincidence but found the Neptune right away. Emerald was found without problems. I wish everybody to find neptune and emerald as soon as possible. Its a horrible quest. Good luck!

I used infinite energy and turtle and after an hour I got mist in the bathroom.
But this time when I failed to get Neptune, I did the restart procedure and tried again.
It took me five restarts then I got Neptune!

It would've taken me another two months without this trick, I bet!
I already had indigenous idol in bedroom, I'd been saving, so I next went to fortune telling room,
Then bedroom and got emerald on first try. If I didn't I would have just done the restart trick until I did.

I was about to stop playing because of this quest, so,you saved the game for me.

Eta: I was using turtle, clover, cornucopia, tip and helper and it still took 32 tries.

Neptune found after seven attempts, thank you for the great tip on keeping phenomenons in the room, just waiting for the idol in the bedroom now and then I shall be happy once more lol
