I went to send someone a gift under the "send collection" tab the other day and noticed that both the emerald and Neptune are there. I was surprised no one on here had mentioned the possibility of gifting them!
But yes, it seems that we should all be able to gift it for the current second round of Neptune and emerald quests; since it stays in your inventory the person u gift it to can send it back, or u can even just exchange neptunes.
So far the other new quests have been able to be completed with gifts so I don't know why this one wouldn't, but I anyone has done this successfully please let us know! I'm also happy to be the guinea pig and send it to someone as long as u promise to send it back

Gave up and asked a friend, very low tolerance level on mm now !!!

You might regret it honey, you've got about three quests left! Mind you, saves exploring boring rooms. I seriously am so so bored now!
