I could use some help. I seem to be stuck in a rut here. I'm at level 21 and I try to complete the quests but right now they are all about finding things like Voldemort, brownies, tea cup etc. And I can't seem to find these. Also, I'm using a lot of energy and have to keep buying diamonds or wait 12 hours to play again. I love this game but I'm obviously missing something here on how to play better. Can anyone give me some tips please? Thanks!

Since you are new to the game and still in the early levels, have you begun using the different charms and getting tips and gifts from your friends? Charms can help increase the likelihood of items dropping, increasing experience gained (i.e., leveling up faster and thereby restoring energy), and faster energy restoration.
Also, friends can help with quest items by gifting them. You can also work out a trade with them, or even "borrow" an item (i.e. they gift it to you, and then you gift it back after completing the quest... be careful though, some quests will take the item away from you after completion!) Your example of Voldemort, teacup, brownie, etc -- those are all collection items that can be gifted, so perhaps a friend who has already completed the quest and doesn't need the item anymore can help you out on that one.
I'm sure other forum members will have even more (and perhaps better!) tips, but I hope that gets you going -- and saves you money!

Re: Kind of stuck....
A really good way to level up when are at a lower level is to charge the fussy horse collection which gives you 50 silver horseshoes, then on your friends manors (if you do it on yours he may disappear) exchange them with the gypsy (the one who wears an orange shirt). If you banish him 50 times you should get all the horses to charge the collection again (you definately will if your running a turtle of luck) and then you can go off banishing him all over again. I think every time you banish him you get 50 exp points, so at a lower level you will level up fairly quickly, everytime you do, go and explore as many rooms as you can until your energy runs out, then start banishing again:) it helps if you have two friends next to each other with the right gypsy and you need to stock up on the right chargers - I think pink bow and green and blue vases.
It's time consuming and boring but a very effective way to level up and get more playing time. Also, charms like copper clover(brings luck) and copper Phoenix (speeds up energy restoration) will help and can be bought cheaply with coins.
Always keep your WL up to date with items/chargers that you need, this game is all about helping out and most friends are very generous if they have the items:)
Hope that helps,
