Sarah, the Lovers' Ikebana will only drop once you reach expert level in the japanese garden. So it can be difficult for new players to get them. I got mine thanks to the kindness of others who gifted them to me once I put it on my wish list.
I wish I could offer to send you some, but once I finished that quest, I gave all mine out to others to help them as I had been helped. I'm only level 53 at the moment, but you're welcome to friend me if you'd like.
A lot of the people who have put their friend codes in the Friend Code thread are high level players. And even lower level players can often help out with this one. So you might want to add yourself to that thread if you haven't already and then add some of the people who have posted in the last month or two. Thanks for ALL YOUR HELP! I have finished it and am now looking for the corset and monkeys. I was hoping to get to the island but apparently I have the brig to do first.... Its taking AGES to find these monkeys!

Sarah, you don't have the monkeys on your WL. Would you mind adding them? It makes it easier to gift them. I've had too many times that my finger has slipped and I've sent random stuff when trying to send stuff that's not on a WL. Thanks!

Sarah I was going to offer help too. I finished mine a while ago. Please add me so I can help you with your ship etc. I have one more pirate to get but with friends help it has been much quicker and easier. My code is at the side.
