Warning Messages

So I emailed GI because it appeared that every single one of my friends was using my helper and it was impossible for me to renew their helpers because none of them have been tired ever. I returned to the game after this email and a message appeared saying that I had messed with the time continuum. I promptly returned to the website telling them what happened and I received a confirmation email for that complaint. Then I returned to the game again and was informed that I tried to hack an application. I contacted GI again for this and they haven't got back to me yet. Now I can't visit any of my friends or post things on my wall. I was wondering what to do.
Also I reached level 17 in three days is that odd?

Not quite sure about your helper problem, but I suspect it's this - your friends cannot use your helpers only you can, and your friends wake them up for you. When you visit friends, if their helpers are all awake, chances are they haven't played recently or another friend got there first. It is not unusual at all to get to level 17 in 3 days, it's much easer/quicker to level up at the beginning. Another reason your helpers might be asleep is that if you've only been playing 3 days, chances are you won't have that many friends to wake them.
Re the time cheat warning, I had this once, turns out my 'lovely darling' 11 yr old son had changed the time on my iPad to cheat on another game! Needless to say he is now banned from my iPad! Do you share yours with anyone else?

I haven't shared mine at all. When you gt the cheating message did it also give you another one saying you tried to hack it?

Also about the using my helper I mean that all my friends look like their using me as their helper. Literally all of them and all the time. i think it might be a bug
