Swimming season news question

I find that I still have the swimming season news listed on the right hand side. When I click it it says I'm 99% done. Thinking I needed 9 of each swimsuit, my friends have been great! After a week, I have at least 9 of each suit. Yet it still says 99% done!

What else needs to be done?

This was from last Spring's event and they failed to remove it hence everyone still shows it on their manor. I still have 2 ad to it - annoys the sh!t out of me! LOL
