It wasn't easy. After a lot of emailing to GI, who sent me to iTunes. I got a refund of every penny I ever spent on MM game. I didn't understand that you had to "find" the leprechaun to get triple diamonds. I bought $9.99 worth twice thinking I would get triple. Maybe I'm not totally entitled to the refund, but I'm taking it. GI is the biggest rip off artists since the mafia. iTunes offered all my money back that I ever spent with MM, which is $54.00 and I'm gladly accepting it. 
I have suffered so much aggravation and frustration with GI support, that I do feel I deserve it. So don't give up folks. I got an iTunes representing to actually LISTEN to me. I called them. Apple Express Lane on line was not responding at all. Now if I can just get some REAL LEPRECHAUN pricing, I'll be all set. I've been suffering with like 10 measly diamonds for 2 months.
