Recently I've noticed a lot of friends in my pending tab that I need to accept, but I haven't been getting any extra diamonds for them having entered my code. Does anybody else have this problem? I've even tried shutting down the game and restarting to see if the diamond dialogue box pops up, but it doesn't. I'd like those extra 5-10 diamonds a day!

You're supposed to get diamonds if others entered your code? I never have, which is why I've always been low on diamonds (if it wasn't for the FCS I'd be down to 0, or have lots of quests uncompleted).

Before the last update I'd get 1 or 2 diamonds for a friend entering my code. Then I'd know to go to my pending tab and accept them. No longer

I still get diamonds when friends enter my code.
A friend of mine started playing and got diamonds when I added her code.

Perhaps some of the pending friends come from the random listing that is being renewed every 8 hours (or once the player open that tab). No diamond for that.

Here's another strategy for everyone:
I have stopped adding friends using the random list (weeks ago).
I figured I have enough friends already (450+). If I add from the random list, I don't receive diamonds. I might as well not add them, and hope that their code is in the Synthesizer. If I add them by using the Synthesizer, I will receive diamonds.

Yep-- I've been doing the same thing. The friends on my list usually have low levels or reps too, so it's just not worth it!
