What is the best way to let other players (especially the bankers) know if it is not necessary to leave tips to our manor? I put a message on my wall but it didn't work at all. Help........

I have a friend who has changed her user name to her name followed by 'read my wall'. I always make sure I check before I gift etc to see what she wants. It's the only thing I can suggest that will encourage people to check before the tip you
