How frustrating that I must continue to get items... I have them, and getting friends to trade them is just as frustrating. Feels like you're always begging or asking the same people.

Why not simply lend out the item that you have, but need for quest? Ask first to make sure your friend hasn't maxed out 10 gifts yet.
