I'm on a quest, "gathering the reserves", that asks me to banish 15 snatchin recruits. Anyone have any idea what I'm looking for to banish?

The Bookworm, Grubby, Thieving or the Snowball snatchins will work for the quest. They all should have appeared in your manor when the quest began. I just banished and the count went up. Good luck.

I just got this quest. However, I have banished 20 of the bookworm/grubby/hungry/etc snatchins and my counter has yet to move. I will try it on someones else's manor to see if that will work. Anyone else have this problem?
Ok, the quest says to banish 15, but it may take a lot more because not everyone will be recruited. So, keep banishing until you see the quest counter start to increase.

I had to banish about 40 to complete the quest for 15 recruits. Bookworm, grubby, ear twisting and hungry all counted, just not envy time. That's why they are "reluctant".
